M&M's

Back in Feb, we went through a very rough time. We still think about that often and find ourselves feeling sad here or there. More me then Joe if I'm being honest. He's better at the moving on parts in life.

In March I got a package in the mail from Becca. The package contained coloring books and crayons for the kids as well as 2 large bags of M& M's. Somehow, this friend, knew that I needed her and answered me without asking.

I must admit I savored those M&M's for a while. I even began to share them with the kids on occasion.

Little did I know that I would be starting a "reaction" that makes me laugh, and annoys me sometimes as well.

Luke, like his Momma, has a weakness for oreo's and M&M's. He can spot either of the from a mile away and will beg and plead for them like nothing I have ever seen.

Today, he was having a hard time. He's cutting big molars and just miserable at times so I indulged him with 2 M&M's.

As you can see, it makes for a chocolate filled "cheese" for the camera.... but makes this Momma laugh so hard too.
