Something I haven't done in a VERY long time.
I'm very excited about this something.
I'm also scared/embarrassed about this something.
What is it you ask?
I'm going to work out.
Yeah, Yeah, Yuck it up.
Same resolution as most others, I know
Here is the difference for me.
Joe and I don't like the fact that we lose steam when chasing our boys and we both don't like the way each of us looks. (I like how he looks but he doesn't and vice versa)
So I'm singing the song......
To the Oreo's (not all of them... just more then 1 per day)
To the soda (switching to diet and one can a day)
To most of the foods I love with all my heart...I'm looking for healthier substitutions and or smaller portions.
To the endless snacking while bored/sad/or just plain anytime.
I bid you all farewell
Nah, Nah, Nah, Nah.... Nah, Nah, Nah, Nah.... Hey, Hey, Hey, GOODBYE!
I'm off to see the wizard, the wonderful wizard of loss (weight loss that is) :0)

Good luck, Amy! We're all routing for you.
P.S. I don't want to be a meanie but I just read this study that says the fake sugar in Diet sodas can lower your metabolism and thus are just as bad as regular soda. However, if you really need it to stay on track I say everything in moderation is OK. It's better to allow yourself a small treat rather than deprive yourself and then go nuts when the going gets tough.
routing?....how about rooting?
I need sleeeeeeeep.
I agree with Jenny on the soda thing. The fake sugar is bad.
So, what are you doing to work out? At home? With videos? At a gym? With a friend?
Tell, tell, tell... It'll help you keep your resolution, and I can recommend some awesome videos (if that's your thing)!
